 Pemble received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984, and graduated cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. He served as Executive Editor of The Mississippi College Law Review. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  He has been actively involved in transportation, premises liability, product liability, business, insurance defense and medical malpractice litigation claims, as well as conducting appeals in both state and federal courts. Pemble also has a significant immigration practice.  He is a member of the American Bar Association where he serves as Vice-Chair on the American Bar Association Tort, Trial and Insurance Section’s Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee.  Pemble is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association the Transportation and Logistics Council, the Trial Attorneys of America, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is also a member of both the Mississippi and Alabama State Bars.
